Opening of the “Real Estate Switzerland Retirement and Healthcare ESG” investment group by issuing entitlements of up to around CHF 200 million

The new capital will be used to acquire a first-class property in Lugano from Swiss Life Ltd worth around CHF 100 million, subject to the approval of the responsible committees. You will find in the presentation the key data of this property. Other properties that are in line with our strategy are being reviewed on an ongoing basis.

 The subscription period will run from 25 March to 17 April 2025. The entitlements will be issued on 6 May 2025.

Opening of the “Real Estate Switzerland Retirement and Healthcare ESG” investment group by issuing entitlements of up to around CHF 200 million

The new capital raised will be used for the targeted acquisition of additional properties, sustainable investments in the portfolio and to reduce the borrowing ratio. The subscription period will run from 16 January to 14 March 2025. The entitlements will be issued on 3 April 2025.

The opening of the “Real Estate Switzerland Retirement and Healthcare ESG” investment group attracted a great deal of interest from employee benefits institutions. The targeted volume of up to around CHF 200
million was oversubscribed considerably. In order to meet the high demand, the Swiss Life Investment Foundation is planning another opening of the “Real Estate Switzerland Retirement and Healthcare ESG” investment group.

Introduction of antidilution provision for securities investment groups

To protect the interests of its investors, the Swiss Life Investment Foundation will in future apply an antidilution provision to subscriptions and redemptions of entitlements in all securities investment groups. This will be introduced for existing securities investment groups as of 31 October 2024 and for the new index-based investment groups, it will apply as of the launch date.

 The amount of the applicable issuing and redemption commissions can be found in the “Overview of
conditions”.

Product range expanded to include index-based investment groups

From the end of October 2024, the Swiss Life Investment Foundation will offer a series of index-based investment groups for equities, bonds and “multi-asset strategies” and will launch twelve new index investment groups.

Amendments to investment guidelines, prospectuses and conditions as of 30 September 2023
Infrastructure Global ESG (CHF hedged) / (EUR) investment groups: subscription is now possible at any time with semi-annual closings

The Swiss Life Investment Foundation will amend the investment guidelines, prospectuses and conditions
for various investment groups as of 30 September 2023. The amendments were agreed at the meeting of the Board of Trustees on 14 September 2023.

We would also like to inform you that it is now possible to subscribe to the two investment groups Infrastructure Global ESG (CHF hedged) and Infrastructure Global ESG (EUR) at any time with semi-annual closings.

Planned opening of the "Real Estate Switzerland ESG" investment group

The Swiss Life Investment Foundation is planning an opening of the "Real Estate Switzerland ESG" investment group financed by entitlements issued in spring 2023 to the tune of up to around CHF 350 m.

The subscription period runs from 1 February to 15 March 2023. The entitlements will be issued on
5 April 2023.
