Swiss Life Asset Managers set up its infrastructure platform in 2011. This mandate focuses on private equity investments in infrastructure projects within Europe and North America, ranging from the upper middle segment of the market to lower large-caps.

The infrastructure investment team is a young, growing group of experts from various areas, such as private equity, M&A, strategy consulting and engineering. Swiss Life Asset Managers’ entire infrastructure private equity team comprises more than 80 investment experts and is based near the company’s headquarters in the heart of the Swiss financial metropolis of Zurich.

The Securities department at Swiss Life Asset Managers handles the securities of affiliated insurance clients, third-party funds and mandates. The investment and management of the mandate and fund parameters at hand are aligned with internal and external guidelines and regulations. At present, securities-related investment activity comprises credit, rates & emerging markets, equities & alternatives, multi-asset strategies, treasury & FX, financial engineering and index solutions.

Sales & Marketing’s key areas of expertise relate to client interaction and long-term client satisfaction. As a result, the Sales & Marketing department is responsible for looking after client relationships. Local sales managers are present on the ground in the core markets of Switzerland, Germany and France, and are supported by the international sales team.
