Swiss Life Asset Managers has published its latest Responsible Investment Report. The report highlights the key responsible investment initiatives of our current “Swiss Life 2024” strategy cycle and discusses various ESG projects across all asset classes.
Over the last year, we have further increased our efforts to integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors into our investment practices. The report details how we manage ESG factors across the areas of real estate, infrastructure and securities. It also highlights our ESG-related education initiatives and the progress being made by our internal “Climatch” competence centre. Climatch aims to accelerate the decarbonisation of our directly held real estate portfolio through sustainable energy solutions.
