Fabian Hürzeler took over as CEO of Swiss Life Asset Managers in France on 1 June 2024. He succeeded Frédéric Bôl, who handed over the leadership after 15 years as CEO. He remains with the company in a new function.
Before his appointment, Fabian Hürzeler, 42, had been Head Real Estate Data & Digitalisation of Swiss Life Asset Managers since 2022. He takes over from Frédéric Bôl, 64, who passed on the leadership after 15 years as CEO of Swiss Life Asset Managers in France. Frédéric Bôl remains with the company and has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Strategic Business Development Senior Advisor at Swiss Life Asset Managers in France.

Fabian Hürzeler worked at the former Credit Suisse Group from 2009 to 2017, where he held various positions, including Senior Economist, before taking over as Head Swiss Real Estate Research in 2015. He joined Swiss Life Asset Managers in 2017 as a Product & Service Manager in Real Estate Portfolio Management. In 2020, he became Programme Manager for the Real Estate IT Platform and was then appointed Head Real Estate Data & Digitalisation in 2022. On 1 June 2024, Fabian Hürzeler became the CEO of Swiss Life Asset Managers in France and a member of the Executive Committee of Swiss Life Asset Managers.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Lausanne and an EMBA in Business Engineering from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
