I fondi immobiliari e infrastrutturali di Swiss Life Asset Managers hanno conseguito ottimi risultati nell’analisi del benchmark GRESB di quest’anno. In particolare, due fondi immobiliari hanno ottenuto il miglior rating nei rispettivi peer group.
Swiss Life Asset Managers ha partecipato al benchmark di sostenibilità GRESB 2022 con 28 fondi immobiliari e veicoli d’investimento e ha migliorato i rating complessivi: tutti i 28 prodotti hanno ricevuto il riconoscimento “Green Star”. Gran parte delle soluzioni d’investimento ha ottenuto rating compresi tra i 70 e gli 80 punti (su un massimo di 100) e sei fondi immobiliari sono stati presentati per la prima volta.
Swiss Life Asset Managers ha presentato due fondi infrastrutturali che hanno ottenuto rispettivamente 85 e 92 punti: ottimi risultati in termini di performance di sostenibilità.

Swiss Life Asset Managers partecipa all’analisi del benchmark di sostenibilità GRESB già da alcuni anni1. Per quanto riguarda il portafoglio immobiliare proprietario, quest’anno la quasi totalità delle attività in gestione (98%) rientra nell’ambito del GRESB. Quest’anno, Swiss Life Asset Managers Germany ha ampliato la gamma di prodotti con quattro nuovi fondi e ha quasi raddoppiato le attività in gestione, da 4,5 a 8,8 miliardi di CHF.

Il GRESB è un’organizzazione leader del settore che ogni anno valuta la performance dei fondi immobiliari, delle società immobiliari e dei fondi infrastrutturali sulla base di fattori ambientali, sociali e di governance. Le valutazioni utilizzano un approccio integrato che consente all’analisi di sostenibilità di prendere in considerazione i cosiddetti “indicatori di performance” oltre ad aspetti generali e qualitativi. I portafogli immobiliari vengono valutati sulla base di questi indicatori, tra l’altro, tenendo conto del consumo di acqua ed energia, delle emissioni di gas serra e dei rifiuti prodotti.
