Die Immobilien- und die Infrastrukturfonds von Swiss Life Asset Managers erzielten in der diesjährigen GRESB-Benchmark-Analyse sehr gute Resultate. Insbesondere zwei Immobilienfonds erreichten das beste Rating in ihrer Peer-Gruppe.

Swiss Life Asset Managers nahm mit 28 Immobilienfonds und Anlagevehikeln am GRESB-Nachhaltigkeits-Benchmark 2022 teil und hat sich bei den Ratings insgesamt verbessert: Alle 28 Produkte erhielten die Green-Star-Auszeichnung. Ein Grossteil der Anlagelösungen erreichte Ratings zwischen 70 und 80 Punkten (von maximal 100), wobei sechs Immobilienfonds zum ersten Mal eingereicht wurden.

Bei den Infrastrukturfonds reichte Swiss Life Asset Managers zwei ein. Die Fonds erreichten 85 bzw. 92 Punkte, was hinsichtlich ihrer Nachhaltigkeitsperformance sehr gute Resultate sind.

Swiss Life Asset Managers nimmt bereits seit einigen Jahren an der GRESB-Nachhaltigkeits-Benchmark-Analyse1 teil. Für das eigene Immobilienportfolio sind dieses Jahr mittlerweile fast alle verwalteten Vermögen (98%) im Scope von GRESB. Swiss Life Asset Managers Deutschland steigerte in diesem Jahr die Anzahl Fonds um vier neue Fonds und verdoppelte die abgedeckten verwalteten Vermögen fast von CHF 4,5 auf 8,8 Milliarden.

Die Bewertung verfolgt einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz. So fliessen neben allgemeinen und qualitativen Fragen auch sogenannte «Performance Indicators» in die Nachhaltigkeitsanalyse mit ein. Anhand dieser Indikatoren werden die Immobilienportfolios unter anderem in Bezug auf ihren Wasser- und ihren Energieverbrauch sowie ihre Treibhausgasemissionen und Abfall bewertet.
