Les fonds immobiliers et d’infrastructures de Swiss Life Asset Managers obtiennent de très bons résultats dans l’étude menée par le GRESB cette année. Deux fonds immobiliers ont notamment reçu la meilleure notation dans leur groupe de pairs.
Swiss Life Asset Managers a participé au GRESB 2022 avec 28 fonds immobiliers et véhicules de placement et a amélioré sa note générale : les 28 fonds ont tous reçu une Green Star. La majorité des solutions d’investissement a obtenu entre 70 et 80 points (sur un maximum de 100), sachant que six fonds immobiliers y participaient pour la première fois. Swiss Life Asset Managers présentait deux fonds d’infrastructures et ont obtenu 85 et 92 points, soit une excellente performance en termes de durabilité.

Swiss Life Asset Managers participe à l’étude GRESB1 depuis déjà plusieurs années. Au sein du portefeuille immobilier détenu en propre, la quasi-totalité des actifs sous gestion (98%) participait cette année à l’étude du GRESB. Pour 2022, Swiss Life Asset Managers Allemagne a ajouté quatre nouveaux fonds et quasiment doublé le montant des actifs sous gestion participants, qui est passé de 4,5 à 8,8 milliards de francs suisses.

Le GRESB est une organisation sectorielle de premier plan qui évalue chaque année la performance des fonds immobiliers, des sociétés immobilières et des fonds d’infrastructures sur la base de facteurs environnementaux, sociaux et de gouvernance. Les évaluations s’appuient sur une approche intégrée qui permet à l’analyse de durabilité de prendre en compte des « indicateurs de performance » en plus des aspects généraux et qualitatifs. Les portefeuilles immobiliers sont évalués à l’aide de ces indicateurs, sur la base notamment de leur consommation d’eau et d’énergie, de leurs émissions de gaz à effet de serre et de leurs déchets.
