Foncière VESTA has been awarded the SRI label

Foncière VESTA, a real estate fund managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers France, Swiss Life group's asset management entity, and AMPERE Gestion, a CDC Habitat group's asset management company, and for which Novedis PM acts as property manager, has been awarded the Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) label. This demanding label recognises the commitments and actions undertaken since the creation of the portfolio in term of sustainable transition and social utility.
