At its Annual General Meeting held on 29 April 2022, Swiss Life Asset Managers France approved the appointment of Isabelle Reux-Brown as an independent member of its Supervisory Board. She succeeds Dominique Dudan, an independent member of the Supervisory Board and a member of the Audit Committee whose term of office ended under the statutory regulations following the Annual General Meeting of 29 April 2022.

Isabelle Reux-Brown has over 30 years of experience in leading asset management companies. She began her career in 1990 as a Trader at Groupe Crédit Mutuel and then in 1997 joined the Natixis Group, a subsidiary of the BPCE Group, where she held various management positions. Between 2015 and 2019, she was Global Director of Corporate & Investment Banking Human Resources and was a member of the HR Management Committee and the Investment Banking Management Committee. From 2019 to 2021, she held the position of Global Head of Distribution & Portfolio Management (DPM) and Member of the Executive Committee of Natixis and of the Investment Banking Management Committee.
